Audience Exploration
This is where to start in your brand journey when you’re not sure where to start. First, we guide participants through the Six Foundational Questions Every Brand Should Be Able to Answer. Then, together, we figure out what you already know about your customers (and prospects), where you’re just guessing, and what key questions need to be answered in order to accomplish your goals.

Designed for: Organizations needing to establish or level-set on who their target audience really is (or how they’ve changed), including what is already known about your customers, what assumptions are being made, and what key pieces of information are missing. This workshop will help create a picture of your customer and clarify which consumer research should be prioritized based on your objectives.

Consumer Close-up
This half-day workshop immerses you in the behaviors, needs, wants and perceptions of your target audience through real customer interviews. Whether you’re looking to better understand the role your brand plays in their lives or want to get their views on a specific trend, Inquisitive goes out and speaks to your consumers in advance and brings you the video highlights in a digestible format that builds empathy and supports consumer-driven decision making. Your team will leave this session energized, with a renewed focus on the value your brand can deliver. 

Designed for: Teams looking to unlock new ideas, better decision-making and higher performance by getting a better understanding of the real people behind your customer data.

Experience Exploration
This full-day workshop immerses your team in who your customers are and how they experience your brand. Through video diaries and/or mobile shop-alongs, we learn about consumer priorities and see them in action as they shop your store, use your service, or unbox your latest product. Inquisitive conducts the research in advance and brings the most insightful moments to this session. We then facilitate an interactive discussion about what’s working, where there are opportunities and what new ideas were sparked in the process. Your team will walk away with greater empathy for your customers, alignment on wins and opportunities, and real customer anecdotes. Competitor experiences can also be evaluated. 

Designed for: Teams who make decisions that impact the customer experience but may not always have the opportunity see things from the customer point-of-view, or who need inspiration to improve an experience.

Innovation Inquiry
Grounded in the innovation framework of desirability, feasibility, and viability, this half-day workshop will spark the ideation process by offering a window into the needs, desires and pain points of your consumers. Inquisitive will speak with real consumers in your category in advance and share the most revealing moments in our session. From there, interactive exercises will guide participants through ideation and high-level prioritization so the team walks away with big ideas ready for further exploration and refinement. This can be a catalyst for a major innovation effort, or a fun activity to get people thinking differently about their work.
